Grey Rising: Accelerating Women Creatives

We’re pleased to announce the launch of Grey Rising, a global initiative that tackles the underrepresentation of women in senior creative roles. This program is designed to equip women-identifying creatives with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to excel at the agency and lead across the industry.

Grey Rising was driven by industry data that continues to reveal a steep drop-off of women at the Creative Director level and insights from recent industry events that highlight the persistent systemic challenges women face in senior creative positions. This initiative reinforces Grey’s commitment to fostering inclusivity and championing equity in the creative field.

“Grey Rising is designed to connect and accelerate women creatives across our global network, breaking down barriers and paving the way for support and meaningful change,” said Hope Nardini, Global Executive Creative Director at Grey, and the founder/creator of the 6-month Grey Rising program.

Grey Rising is designed to address critical gaps through targeted initiatives, including:

  • Creative Spotlights: Interactive sessions where participants receive live feedback on real projects and open briefs.

  • Mentorship Opportunities: Pairing participants with senior leaders to provide tailored guidance and support.

  • Regional Representation: Tailored strategies to reflect regional diversity
