She's worked at Del Campo, Don, McCann, David, Geometry, GUT, and SlapGlobal. Effie Latam awarded the latter the title of "Most Effective Independent Agency in Latam" in 2021 and 2022, and it was also recognized as the "Most Effective Independent Agency in the World" by Effie Worldwide in 2022.
Carolina's motivation lies in driving client business growth efficiently through creativity. Throughout her illustrious career, she has developed strategies for local, regional, and global clients including The Coca-Cola Co., PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Mondelez, Danone, The Walt Disney Co., L’Oréal, SAxxion Energy, AB-InBev, Bayer, Netflix, Telecom, SeatGeek, HSBC, and Mastercard, among others.
