    • We’ve got the Country Covered From the central business district of Manila to the progressive cities of Cebu and Davao, Campaigns & Grey is the only multinational ad agency that operates in the main regions of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Manila-based clients gain local insights, giving them a competitive edge in central and southern Philippines, while clients in Cebu and Davao have access to global learnings, applying them with a distinct local flavor in their respective markets.
    • OG Campaigns & Grey’s top brass and business unit heads get together every Monday morning for the Operations Group meeting to discuss the status of their clients’ major projects. Issues, opportunities and other updates are tackled; solutions and courses of action are mapped out. Complemented by cups of coffee, off-topic gossip on showbiz and politics, and made lively by the occasional “pasalubong” of delicacies and snacks brought in by those returning from foreign or provincial trips.

    • The Staff Lounge It’s a venue for eating - breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, mid-afternoon snacks, dinner, overtime meals – you name it, if it’s edible you can find it here, brown bagged or delivered. Occasionally, it’s the area for impromptu brainstorms, because who says great ideas can only be mined in conference rooms? It’s also our place for staff meetings, office parties, and hosting Christmas parties for indigent families from Smokey Mountain, one of the most impoverished areas in Manila. We’ve been sending some children from this community to school, and try to share whatever we can with those who have less.
    • Teambuilding while Globetrotting To keep employees motivated and to reward everyone for successful business results, we bring the staff on trips abroad. From rank-and-file to top management, Campaigns & Grey’s employees get to experience various cultures, learn about other markets and get exposed to the world around them. They come back with new insights, and ready to take on new challenges that require famously effective solutions.

    • Sound Minds in Sound Bodies To make up for all that eating, the Staff Lounge has also been the scene for Zumba, Yoga and Cross-Fit classes. For a quick pick-up game of basketball, there’s the half-court in the parking lot. Perfect for those who can’t get enough of fitness club memberships, or don’t feel like braving traffic to get to the gym. Competitive jocks are part of our teams that join sports tournaments sponsored by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies- Philippines, or 4As-P. Whew.
    • Making the World A Better Place As far back as 1991, we set up a business unit that specializes in advocacy and corporate social response. Now known as Campaigns Social Response - or CSR for short - it’s where creativity in communicating values, espousing causes, raising awareness for social issues is born. Not only do we do it for our clients but we practice it ourselves. From planting trees to sending underprivileged children to school to supporting worthy political candidates, we have always believed in leaving the planet a better place than when we found it.
