      The hiring process at advertising agencies all too often seems mysterious, opaque and intimidating. It shouldn’t be. Here’s how it works at Grey: First, either apply for a specific position or complete our general application form. If your skills and background match what we’re looking for, we’ll give you a call to set up a first conversation over the phone. If the chemistry feels right, an initial interview at our office would be the next step. That first get-together would most likely be followed by additional interviews, and possibly a presentation to the team. If everything clicks, an offer would then be extended as we welcome you to Grey.

      • Digital Art Director - Beirut, Lebanon

        We are looking for a passionate and dedicated creative that has a penchant towards digital and technology in addition to a deep understanding of UX/UI.

        Responsibilities:

        Develop creative work for all digital mediums including, but not limited to social media, websites, mobile apps, games, banners and digital campaigns.

        Work closely with Creative Director and team members to develop concepts.

        Work closely with Web Developers to translate designs into optimized, functioning work.

        Desired skills and experience:

        At least 3+ years of professional experience in digital creative.

        Deep understanding of UX/UI.

        Knowledge in responsive web design and how it affects the design and development process.

        An understanding of HTML and CSS languages and their application to UI design.

        Good conceptual skills.

        Experience in video editing and motion graphics softwares such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a plus.

        Able to own a project from start to finish.

        Be a dedicated team player.

        Extremely organized and able manage projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

        Desire to learn through selfmotivated research and to contribute in a creative, collaborative environment.

        Interest in experimenting with new technologies.
