    How about this for a recipe for Christmas magic; Marks and Spencer, a bear with a hard stare from Peru and a warm and fuzzy (furry) story about redemption.  This month we launched our first festive advert for M&S with ‘Paddington and the Christmas Visitor’.  Released to coincide with the second Paddington film hitting the cinema, the public couldn’t stop talking about the meeting of two British icons. Within 12 hours the ad generated 159,957 engagements on social media – an increase of 78% on the 2016 campaign.  Journalists also couldn’t get enough, with the ad featuring in The Guardian, Daily Mail, Sky, Evening Standard and ITN (the list goes on, btw).  Two weeks after launching the ad has hit 6.2 million views on YouTube.  Time for a celebratory marmalade sandwich and cup of tea. #LoveTheBear
