- Long Ideas Big ideas are a thing of the past. They come, go and are forgotten. Instead we create Long ideas. These travel further across media, companies, people and culture. They are ideas that are entertaining, interesting or powerful enough to get shared. We start conversations that we then magnify through word-of-mouth, PR and social media. Long Ideas are not ideas that happen to engage consumers in multiple ways – they are ideas that are designed that way. They start with a different question and demand an agency with a different set of skills.
Life at Grey London We have an amazing culture and a buzzing, creative vibe. There are more than 400 of us at our offices in Clerkenwell . We’re big on development and growing the talents of our teams. That includes mentoring, internal and external training and great on-the-job learning opportunities. We also host a variety of industry events in our large reception/bar space, offering staff a chance to learn from some of the biggest names in the industry. For our staff there are regular chances to hang out – including the legendary Grey London free bar night every Thursday.
