- Grey Gold time Wednesday mornings, from 9 to noon is Grey Gold Time – three hours each week when we encourage everyone to do something challenging, new or unexpected. Introduce yourself to someone you don’t know. Read a blog that you usually can’t find time for. Or simply spend time actually being creative instead of going to yet another meeting about the creative process. There are plenty of meetings the other 37 work hours of the week, after all.

- Problem Wall The concept of the problem wall is similar to an 'ideas wall', but a little less intimidating. Everyone is encouraged to simply identify a problem they've noticed, however big or small, or common or rare, or solvable or not, and stick it up on the wall for everyone to see. We then look over the other problems on the wall and think - 'How could we solve this?' The point is to stimulate more creative ideas and provide something else to think about outside of the day to day. From starting outside of a regular brief, this can lead to fresh ideas for our clients and proactive ideas to take to brands outside of our client roster.
Thursday Breakfast Wrap We start the week with Monday WIP and end it with Friday drinks but we do throw a weekly Thursday breakfast to showcase innovative ideas from both inside and outside of the agency. Each week someone is nominated and given budget to supply the breakfast treats. We've seen Melbourne smashed avo, raw vegan gluten-free muesli and there was even scotch one time... Everyone is welcome to Thursday breakfast... so if you've got something to show us, get in touch!
