    Grey Beijing names One Chang as new ECD

    Grey has hired One Chang to fill the executive creative director role at their Beijing office. He brings with him over 24 years of 4A agency experience in Taiwan and China. 

    January 20, 2016

    Chang is tasked to beef up the quality of creative outputs, especially in digital, for key accounts like Mengniu, GSK, and other local accounts, and streamline the operational efficiency. He has worked as ECD at McCann Worldgroup, FCB and BBDO in Taiwan; Saatchi Team One in Beijing; and most recently at Bates CHI in Shanghai, and has won awards in Cannes, New York, London, Chicago Mobius, Long Xi and 4A Awards. 
    With the growing prominence of digital marketing and scrambling for digital talents in the market. Chang acknowledged that challenge and pressure to enhance the digital mindset and produce impressive digital campaigns to wow clients. 

    "However as the branding management agency, our strongest edge over smaller independent agencies are having the core creative ideas, which could be used in different media channels," he said.
